Important Guideline

GTSE will be conducted in two stages - Pre and Mega Mains. The Pre exam will be conducted in schools in offline mode and those unable to appear in school can take the test online by logging into the GOAL website and paying a fee of only ₹50 (₹150 waiver). After qualifying the Pre you must register for the Mega Mains exam by selecting your test center and paying an exam fee of ₹100 (₹200 waiver). The Mains exam shall be conducted offline (pen-and-paper format) at the zonal level.

On the exam day it is compulsory for all the students to carry any one : school ID card / coaching ID-card/copy of school page on which photo and details are mentioned / photo ID card issued by any exam or Olympiad conducted by government body/Adhar Card.

The test will be of multiple choice questions (MCQs), which will be conducted Online (Pre) and on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet offline in Main.

Rewards and scholarships will be provided to qualified students only after compulsory verification process.

Important Guideline

To be eligible for rewards, it is mandatory for all the qualified students to join our Online DLP Course before receiving the award. Once the Online DLP enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will have to fill separate enrollment form for Online DLP. No fee will be charged for Online DLP Course. It will be 100% free.

Important Guideline

In case of tie of marks obtained in GTSE the priority of rank will be decided through the following process.

(i) Student having higher marks in Mathematics

(ii) Student having higher marks in Science (Phy, Chem, Bio)

(iii) Student having minimum number of incorrect answers

(iv) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability

Number of prizes to be distributed may vary according to number of students appear from respective zone or overall. In this case the decision of GOAL GTSE Board will be considered final, and no claim will be entertained in this regard.

The zone & exam centre can be changed according to various factors. The decision of Goal examination cell will be final in this regard.

Conditions regarding scholarship

(i) All the scholarships are subjected to consistent performance of students in internal test of GOAL Institute.

(ii) The given scholarship will be reviewed by GOAL management periodically.

(iii) Scholarship is subject to revision at the discretion of GOAL management.

(iv) In case of inconsistency in performance, the scholarship can be reduced or stopped. The decision of Goal GTSE Board will be considered final in this regard

Incomplete form will be rejected. On the day of the exam it is compulsory for the students to carry school id card / coaching id-card / copy of school page on which photo and details are mentioned / photo id card issued by any exam or olympiad conducted by government about/adhar card.

It is compulsory to provide mobile no. & e-mail id of the student / parent / guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the institute will be sent to the student via sms and / or e-mail id. Institute shall not be responsible if any information regarding result or anything else is not received by the student if he/she has not given his/her or parent's / guardian's updated & correct mobile number/e-mail id in GTSE registration form. Goal institute is not responsible for missing result in case student has not mentioned or bubbled the important credentials perfectly.

Though every care will be taken to provide correct answer of the GTSE question paper but in case of any dispute in the answer of any question the answer provided by GTSE teachers panel will be considered final and no claim of any one can be entertained.

GOAL Institute believes nurturing in the most transparent way. However if any parents/students/institute feel the necessity of information regarding the operations of GTSE they can apply with an application in personal at the GOAL corporate office : GOAL building ; B-58, buddha colony, Patna 800001, Bihar. (please make a prior appointment with the concerned authority). The presence of student is compulsory otherwise no such applications will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

In case, any dispute or difference arises between student / parents and the institute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to those terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by the managing director of M/s. GOAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PVT. LTD. The proceedings shall be conducted at Patna under the provisions of arbitration & conciliation act and the courts at Patna only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and or for enforcement as the case may be.
